Jill Cislaghi "Sweet November" 1977

This is one of the more "poppy" cuts off this super rare private press LP from 1977 out of Massachusetts. Only 500 copies made and reputedly sold out quickly to folks at the college Ms Cislaghi attented. Released by Fleetwood (BMC-5124) . A really great album if you can find it. We just recently sold ours for $150. However, since I'm pretty sure I'll never see this gem again I ripped the LP to the computer because I saw there was only one cut off this album on youtube. Most of the songs are solemn and haunting. Very beautiful. Collectors of loner/outsider music as well as those dedicated to Acid Archives will truly love this rare bird.

Damnation of Adam Blessing - Back To The River 45 -

Absolutely bad-ass music out of my home town, Cleveland, Ohio! Call it what you will... Psych or Garage or Hard Rock or Proto-Punk.... whatever the hell it is, is original, viscous, and catchy!

"Back To The River" is a classic and one of their "Hits", though I think the flip side ("Driver") is even more bad-ass. That song will be posted next.

Yankee Dollar - City Sidewalks - Psych 45 - 1968

Released by Dot (17123) circa 1968. Original US press! "City Sidewalks" is the B side of "Sanctuary", though I enjoy this song more, which seems to be happening to me a lot lately, that I prefer the B side of these odd old singles. Great, rare late 60's Psych. Female vocals in the style of Grace Slick. I quite enjoy the effects employed on this song along with the slightly creepy organ line.

Yankee Dollar - Sanctuary - Psych 45 - 1968

Released by Dot (17123) circa 1968. Original US press! "Sanctuary" is the A side, I am pretty sure. Great, rare late 60's Psych mixed with some garage/frat organ tinkling. Female vocals akin to Jefferson Airplane. Both sides are solid songs of the genre! Hard to find 45 and in fantastic all around condition!

Old Records

I sell records. Some times people want to hear the records I am listing and/or I want to share the records as I will have noticed youtube is lacking good examples of stuff I have access to. I figured if I am making these simple videos and uploading them to youtube that I might as well collect them all in yet another place for people to enjoy whether they are interested in purchasing stuff from me or not.
